Fairy Tale Books - review & giveaway

Let me tell you a quick story...

One of my best friends, Cindy (she was the maid of honor at our wedding) threw me a baby shower for Broxton. Instead of cards, she asked that everyone buy a book and write a message in there...
That way, instead of cards that get placed in boxes, or thrown away...

We would always have them... and we would have a library for Broxton!!!!
Talk about a great idea!
I loved it!!!!

Why did I tell you this?
I wanted to let you know that I have found a few great books for you!!!
Have you heard of the Sock Fairy? The Knot Fairy? The Belly Button Fairy? or The Fart Fairy?

Bobbie Hinman is wonderful!!!

She was a successful author of cookbooks, but decided that as a grandmother to 10 grandchildren...
What better way to direct her attention than to make books for them?!

She has now created 4 books with fairies that tell the answers to kids questions...

(I really hope she has more in the works!)

I was able to review The Sock Fairy and The Belly Button Fairy.
I opened the package... emailed Bobbie... and then I could not wait any longer, I had to read them!
The illustration is outstanding! (I told her that I think they should sell some of the pages as prints!) Besides that ...

The story is great!

They are just too cute!!!

Don't you wonder where those missing socks go?!

The sock fairy took them! If you look at his house, you will see what I mean!!!!
(He is also the one playing around and putting the holes in them... He means no harm, he is just having fun!!!)


Or your Belly Button?
Where did it come from?
Well, while you were sleeping at the hospital, the belly button fairy came to visit and gave you one...

I will say, having Marc's older boys around... The Fart Fairy was one that I did not even want in the house...

LOL, but after reading these two...

I know I will eventually get the last two...

(I do want to know about the fart fairy and the knot fairy!)

These are very cute stories...

Bobbie also includes a cd with your book!

She reads the book!

It even has a little bell "fairy" chime when it is time to turn the page!!!
Shut up!
I am telling you...

How awesome is that?!

Also, she has a song that they sing... it is different for each book...

(They lyrics are included in your book!)

I do not let Broxton play with the books though... We read them together, I do not want them to get messed up! :)
