Please send @DrTeals my way!

Life can be stressful for everyone, right? I know I am not the only one.  I am not even talking about BIG reasons to stress.  It can be anything from the stupid drivers out there... to those in school taking a test.  Yes, there are big and small issues out there, but we try to make the most out of it all.  One thing for me is to try and relax and take time for me when I can.  It can be a day at the spa, a trip to the grocery store alone or even a nice relaxing bath.  I had planned on making welcome to a new school year basket for Broxton's new teacher, but I know how people are about certain scents and I did not want to send in something she didn't like. Know what I did instead?  Made me a little care package and boy oh boy, I have been enjoying it!

Dr. Teals has a whole line of products out there.
Did you know that they also have Body wash, Bubble bath, lotion and even body oil?  Yeah, I had no clue.  Let me tell you this... I know about it now and I LOVE IT.  I have it all sitting together in my cabinet just waiting to be used when I have " me time."  Right now, the bubble bath and the Epsom Salt are on the side of my garden tub.  (I actually had an old candle jar with a lid that I kept and ended up using it to fill with the Epsom salt.  Now, when I need it, I just get some out of the jar and then refill it when it is getting low.)

As I mentioned, we normally always have the Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt on hand at the house.  I love the way it feels and smells in the water.  My husband has used it numerous times to help with sore muscles and cramps from working.  I use it to help relax.  Either way, it works and we love it.  They have several different varieties of the Epsom Salt. Head on over to the Dr. Teals site to see all the wonderful products they have.  They also have a great bit of information on Epsom Salt if you are not really familiar with it.

A few of the Dr. Teals line:

Dr. Teal’s Ultra Moisturizing Body Wash Soothe & Sleep with Lavender combines Aloe Vera, Shea Butter and Vitamin E to help nourish and hydrate skin. Infused with liquid Epsom salt, muscle tension is eased by removing lactic acid and impurities.

Dr. Teal’s Foaming Bath Soothe & Sleep with Lavender has long lasting bubbles which gentle cleanses skin for a therapeutic bath ritual. This luxurious, aroma-therapeutic foaming bath transforms an ordinary bubble bath into an oasis.

NEW Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt Soaking Solution 1LB Soothe & Sleep with Lavender is a quick and easy way to rejuvenate your body and soothe tired, achy muscles. The solution is filled with lavender essence and essential oils, with soothing properties to encourage a better night’s sleep.

Dr. Teals would make a great care package for:
Moms (okay, dad's too!  Actually ANY care giver.)
Teachers

Nurses
Students

I know I would be happy to open up another box and have it full of the Dr. Teals line.  With the holidays coming up, it would make a great gift to go under the tree, or even a little hostess gift! Who else do you think this would be great for?

  1. Ah yeah, anything for relaxing big time you can count me in on. We do far too little indulging when we have kids. I for one am overdue. :)
