BFree is both Wheat and Gluten Free!
We are not health nuts. Luckily, we have no food allergies that I know of. Gluten Free is just something I hear people talk about, so I am not well versed in really knowing much about it. What I do know is that we were given the chance to try out BFree a line of products that are both wheat and gluten free. As much as we all eat bread around here, I knew it was something I wanted to try and see if it would be well received in our house.

We were sent several items from their line, but I wanted to share the top 2 that our house enjoyed. Up first, the Bfree Wrap . Marc takes his lunch to work and it is normally a couple of sandwiches. (He works 12 hour shifts, so it is more than just "lunch time" for him.) I make his lunch while he is getting ready, or playing with the kids, so it was fun to be able to surprise him. Not to mention, if he or any of the boys see anything resembling "healthy" or something they are not used to, they are quick to not like it. I made him a couple wraps and sent them in along with his normal sandwiches. He had to call me on his break to tell me how good they were. I was in shock and was honestly so excited to hear that I could change things up and he would still enjoy it.
I have also used this to make pinwheel type things for me to snack on during the day. (I've wrapped up meat and cheese or peanut butter and jelly, cooled them down and cut them up for bites to munch on.) I will tell you this, after trying, AND LOVING, the Quinoa and Chia seeded wraps, I was not really a fan of the multigrain ones. They just seemed "blah" in comparison.
The other total shocker to me? Marc absolutely LOVED the Bfree Loaf . I made him many sandwiches on this bread and when I compared the nutrition label on this bread versus our normal, this was much better in the long run. He liked both this and the brown seeded loaf. That made me happy and guess what? Even after I showed him the bred label and how it was better for him, he STILL talked about how good it was!
As I mentioned, we were sent the whole line and while some were not our thing, others were really good! I was happy to know that Roman has a friend he goes to college with that is Gluten Free. We sent him along a goody basket of treats for him to enjoy!
Do you live a Gluten Free lifestyle? Are you familiar with the BFree brand?
I haven't heard of this brand. It looks like a great one though.
