Homestead Company - Review and Giveaway

I was fortunate enough to receive some amazing products from Homestead Company for review.
What makes it better is that one of you lucky readers is going to win a $40 Gift Certificate!
How awesome is that? You can use it on yourself... or as a gift!
Doesn't get much better than that!

Broxton has eczema. The Dr. said it will come and go and that most children outgrow it. He gave me some medicine for him and yes, it does come and go..

Well, The Homestead Company has a really good product that we got to try...

They sell Eczema oil.

There are several reasons why I like this product.
We have been using it for over a week now and I have noticed that the flare ups are not as frequent as before.
I also really like the fact that it comes in a roll on tube so that it is easier to apply. (I think that Broxton thinks it is a game, whenever I put it on, he cracks up laughing like it tickles!)
The other thing is the fact that it is NATURAL, so I can take comfort when putting it on his face. (The medicine always worried me, so I was hesitant to use it on his face. )

You can buy the Eczema Oil :
1/3 Ounce is only $5.75
1 ounce is $12.95

From their website:

Features
  • Comes in a convenient roll-on applicator that makes it easy to use and carry wherever you go.
  • Safe for all ages, even newborns.
  • Safe for use around eyes.
  • Relieves itchiness; noticable, visible results possible with consistent daily use.
  • Also helps with psoriasis and other forms of dermatitis.

Melanie is awesome!
She also sent a little something for ME!
She sent the Foot Spa Set.

Talk about relaxation!!!
The lotion is awesome, it really moisturizes (thanks to MY MOM, I have REALLY DRY skin!)
You know how most lotions are all slimy / greasy? Not this!
It goes on and absorbs into your skin...
I know Marc is going to like knowing that my hands are FINALLY getting a little softer!
Especially after washing my hands a million times a day, just rub a dab of this on and you are good to go!
Side note, it smells AWESOME!
It is Peppermint and Eucalyptus. I have to tell you something though...
The smell caught me by surprise the first time I put it on, I immediately wanted to eat something sweet... LOL, it is that YUMMY!
The Hand and Foot Scrub is great! I ended up going and buying a warm pair of fleece socks so that after I use the pumice stone and the Foot Scrub, I could totally relax and put my socks on to keep the pampering going!
You can buy the Foot Spa Set for only $22.49.
( It is currently on sale!)

Here is the website description on the Foot Spa Set:

-->
  • Our all natural Hand & Foot scrub is made with dead sea salt, and raw shea butter. It's sure to soothe dry and cracked skin on hands and feet.
  • Use the Peppermint/Eucalyptus Hand &Foot Lotion to soothe tired feet and help to heal dry skin throughout the day.
  • The pumice stone is great for sloughing away calluses and rough skin.
  • Most lotions have ingredients that actually dry out the skin, causing your skin to need more frequent applications.
  • Once you try our lotion, you will experience the difference, and in the end actually save money.

  1. i would definitely be getting the eczema oil. I have been struggling with that issue since I was little, and now my daughter has it as well. We would be keeping it for ourselves for sure. I would love to try it out !!!!

  6. I would also get the eczema oil. My poor little girl, the one who is almost 3, has terrible eczema. Even though we try to make light of it and call it her "alligator skin" it hurts her. She has been scratchin really bad and we have yet to find something that really works. So we would use it ourselves to try the eczema remedies!!!

  16. Tough decision! I believe I would most like to try the Body Butter in Plumeria. I would probably keep it for myself -- I've recently lost my job and could use a little pick-me-up.
    Thanks!
