Aloha Friday - Comedian


Is it me, or do the days of the week seem to fly by lately?
I mean, summer is sort of ending...
Well, summer fun is over, but the temps are slowly leaving...

Football season is underway and all is well :)

Who do you think is funnier?
Jim Carey or Adam Sandler?

My answer...
I just LOVE ADAM SANDLER.
I think we have most of his movies too, he cracks me up.

    I'm not a huge fan of either, to be honest. But, as they've gotten older, I seem to enjoy them both a little more.

    I have to go with Adam Sandler, too - while Jim Carrey is funny, Adam Sandler is more consistently funny! ;)

    I would have said Jim Carrey hands down, but over the last couple of years, I find him less funny. Not sure!

    I think they are both funny but in different ways... Jim is physically funny while Adam is more "comical" I think : )

    I don't really care for either of them in general. I like a couple of each of their movies, but wouldn't actually pick either as one of my favorites.

Fire Fly Toothbrushes - #giveaway

Is it a hassle to get your younger kids to brush their teeth? Broxton loves it and asks throughout the day if he can go and brush his... Now that he has a new toothbrush!!! We were sent a couple toothbrushes from Fire Fly Toothbrushes and I just love the concept! With Fire Fly, they light up! You just press the button and they light up for a solid minute. What we do here is a little system. First, Broxton brushes his teeth for the first minute. (just a teeny bit of toothpaste) Then, I brush the next minute (once again, minimal toothpaste.) Finally, he gets to brush them a final minute (no toothpaste.) The system is working and his teeth are clean! During the day, when he wants to brush them.. He can, but with no toothpaste. As we all know, it can sometimes be a bit difficult to take the temperature of a sick child. Hey, some adults are known to be big babies... The longer they have to wait, the fussier they become. Well, with the Exergen Temporal Scanner ... Wait is something that can be eliminated! Why do I say that? Just because the wait is merely 2 seconds!
