The Power of Prayer...

I received this email from my mom and I wanted to share...

If you can take just a minute and say a special prayer, I would really appreciate it...

Family and friends, below is the information about a friend of mine's 16 year old stepdaughter............Believing in the Power of Prayer...............I am asking that each of you take a minute to say a prayer for Amber and then if you will PLEASE forward this to your family and friends. and ask them to please do the same .......This brave young lady needs our prayers.........Be a Prayer Warrior and lift up her name..................God Bless each of you...............

The Power of Prayer is needed.

Amber is my 16 year old stepdaughter. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer) when she was 14 and went through 9 months of chemotherapy and surgery to remove the cancer from her leg. Unfortunately the cancer had spread to a spot on her spine, but was operable and removed in 2010. Earlier this year the cancer reached her lung and once again she went through surgery to remove it. She has now had a relapse with multiple tumors in and out of the left lung and through her chest cavity. Too many to operate this time. They have started a very aggressive treatment of chemotherapy again to try and control the growth of the tumors. Although the news is very devastating to her family, Amber has kept a very positive attitude and tells everyone "I'm going to be okay". Please keep her in your prayers.

Also- if you will say a special prayer for my friend Kristy's Granny...
She has been in ICU since October 17th...
