Summer normally means travel and with that, you have to think about eating the best you can while on the road (or on a plane.)  I know that my little one likes to munch on things as we venture places and instead of loading up on salty snacks and sugary drinks, we need to keep in mind healthy treats.  One problem for us on vacation?  Sometimes he is ready for breakfast before the rest of us... or he is wanting a snack while we are hanging out in the room...     I've seen these before. I always thought they were for itty bitty kids. Can kids and adults have them to? I'm thinking so since Rosey said her husband has some in his lunch.
