@BolthouseFarms Has a Fan In Me! #greengoodness
Being that I am a stay at home mom and that Marc is the sole provider for our family, I do not splurge that often... In fact, I try and watch my spending 24/7. I am not saying I am a penny pincher, but I do watch where our money is going...
I have seen these eye catching bottles in the drink section of our grocery store, Bolthouse Farms... but I have yet to buy one... I would think that I would like them, since the baby carrots we buy are Bolthouse Farms brand and they have never been anything but great... But, like I said, I do watch our money and I would be absolutely LIVID if I bought one of their drinks and was not totally 100 percent thrilled with it... Why? Because they are not cheap... It seems that the worse something IS for you, the cheaper it is... But the healthier it is, the price goes up... (I could talk about that all day, but I know this is about my Bolthouse experience.) After trying some of their products, I could see myself treating myself with Bolthouse products!
I had the chance to review a couple drinks from Bolthouse Farms and wow...
I have to tell you... that is honest to goodness good drinking right there!

The Green Goodness... Wowzer! I might be their number one fan now...
That is delicious! One thing I liked was that if you look on the side, (the nutrition label) it shows you exactly how many fruits were used for this one bottle... How about that one 32 ounce bottle had 8 servings of fruit and veggies?! (Side note, a "serving" is only 8 ounces.. so enjoy... in moderation...)

Now, I will be honest with you...
All that I read that it was "Arabica Coffee" and was a bit worried I was not going to like it...
I am not a coffee fan, unless it is like super sweet and full of flavor... Like hazelnut or vanilla or something, not a "robust coffee flavor" I was at a catch 22, try it, not like it and waste it... or just try it anyways...
So, I opened it up and enjoyed it like I was an avid coffee drinker...
I had some of that and then put it up to enjoy later... I went about my day and only later that day did I realize that I never had breakfast... Ha... I might need to look into this coffee thing... Then, I looked at the bottle and realized it was a protein shake! Hello!
I actually took it with me to enjoy on a road trip... That way, I had a bit of drink and protein in one, versus having to worry about trying to eat and drive at the same time...
The flavor was outstanding... Sweet so that I would enjoy it, but not so sweet that I could not enjoy it for breakfast!
Now, not all was a winner in my book. I was also sent a bottle of their carrot juice to try...
NOT. A. FAN.
I LOVE carrots... Love love love... raw, cooked, it doesn't matter... We are big carrot eaters here... but I just could not enjoy it... I even tried to let Marc taste it and he looked at me like I was crazy for thinking he would like it... I guess you can not win them all, but the other two drinks totally made me overlook that one...

We were also sent two of their dressings... Their Olive Oil Classic Balsamic....
It was delightful! I love balsamic, so when I was able to try this one, that is so much better for you than other brands, I was hopeful that it would taste great! I loved it so much that I now just have to go and try their Asian Ginger and their Raspberry Merlot... I mean, names alone, don't they sound WONDERFUL?!
Finally their Yogurt Ranch.
Now, I love salad dressing and normally we will have at least 3 or 4 different flavors open at one time in our fridge... The ranch for ME.. well, it has to be a certain brand... Marc and the boys eat Ranch like it is a condiment for each meal, so I normally stock up on what is on sale when I see it for them...
I do not stray from my ranch, as I am a die hard... Until Now, the Bolthouse Yogurt Ranch is just right...
It isn't too thick.. but it isn't too watery either! It is the perfect concoction of creaminess that makes my taste-buds sing! Now that I am so impressed with their ranch, I am eager to try their Zesty French and their Salsa Ranch!

I'd love that Olive Oil Vinaigrette. Lately I've been buying this expensive brand. It's in the cold section of the grocery store. I've been buying it because it's good and it comes in mason jars. I love the jars to drink out of for work. That is when the dressing is gone and the jar is cleaned out. I like it because it has a plastic screw on lid. Perfect for water or hot tea!
