If you are looking for a good movie to watch for a girls night... Make it Paper Towns! (This would be a good one to have your high school daughter and her friends have a fun night in! ) I was recently given the opportunity to make it a girls night in for a night of fun! I hate to admit that I have all the plans in the world to make a scrapbook for both Broxton and Savannah, but as of this time, I have nothing done. I always have the best of intentions to do things like that, but then when I get down to it, the photos turn into a trip down memory lane and then before you know it, hours have passed and nothing has been placed in the actual book! That is all about to change now! Paper Towns lets us follow a group of teenagers on a road trip that is more than just a trip. It is an adventure for all. Some a first, some a last and for all a trip to live, love and learn!
Synopsis
After the phenomenal success of The Fault in Our Stars, author John Green returns with another heart-warming tale in PAPER TOWNS, available on Blu-ray™ and DVD October 20th. The story focuses on Quentin, a high school senior who has been in love with his enigmatic neighbor Margo since childhood. After taking him on an all-night adventure through their hometown, Margo suddenly disappears--leaving behind cryptic clues for Quentin to decipher. The search leads Quentin and his quick-witted friends on an exhilarating adventure that is equal parts hilarious and moving. Ultimately, to track down Margo, Q must find a deeper understanding of friendship--and true love.
Print out these invite and give them to your friends! Invite them over for a Girls Night!!!
You could grab scrap-booking supplies and have them each brings photos from a certain event. (Maybe yall had an amazing road trip? Girls Night Out? ) Then have fun taking the trip down memory lane and watching the movie while completing a few scrap-booking pages!! I know a girlfriend and I went to Seattle one year, that would have been fun for us to work together and make a scrapbook page or two from that trip. Another time my best friend and I headed on a trip that had PLENTY OF MEMORIES for my 25th birthday. Just thinking about all of these past events makes me want to grab my old scrapbooks and take a look! Wouldn't it be a blast to do it with your friends?
Some of the goodies sent to me for my Girls Night for the Review of Paper Towns!
How to do it right...
Invite a couple girlfriends over....
Get your pictures together that you want to use...
Gather up the scrap-booking supplies you will need for the evening.
If you don't want to use a "scrapbook" you can always just use a 3 ring binder with sheet protectors! I will be using the actual scrapbook that was sent to try and start one for Savannah.
Enjoy the time with your girlfriends and enjoy the memories in your book as you make more that night!
Stay tuned... Giveaway for your own copy of Paper Towns is coming soon!
