It's About that Time

Well, it was time to cut my hair...

    Looks great! I bet it will be so much less hassle now that it's shorter. I used to donate my hair all the time when I was younger, now I don't really ever it cut it that drastically.

    Wow that was long - my daughter recently did the same thing. I think she looks better with short hair.

    I love that it is so much shorter and thinner... My hair is SO SUPER THICK, so this is great! Not to mention it helps someone that needs it... :)

    Wow, my hair is almost as long as your before photo. I've never donated, but I really want to and have been considering it because I really need a hair-cut and I know my hair is long enough to be used by wig makers. I think I just have some unconscious anxiety which has led to my procrastination in going in and getting it clipped. I do know there's a sense of freedom after cutting that much hair and I don't think I have any attachment issues so I should sensibly not have any trouble. My hair is also becoming a nuisance. I think I'll have to use your post as inspiration and a sign to finally get it done.

    How wonderful of you to donate it!!! That's some gorgeous hair too!!! I would jump up and down with giddy glee if my hair ever got even close to that long. It's not good about growing at all, never has been. Pity that. :) I love that you donated it for a wig!!

Fire Fly Toothbrushes - #giveaway

Is it a hassle to get your younger kids to brush their teeth? Broxton loves it and asks throughout the day if he can go and brush his... Now that he has a new toothbrush!!! We were sent a couple toothbrushes from Fire Fly Toothbrushes and I just love the concept! With Fire Fly, they light up! You just press the button and they light up for a solid minute. What we do here is a little system. First, Broxton brushes his teeth for the first minute. (just a teeny bit of toothpaste) Then, I brush the next minute (once again, minimal toothpaste.) Finally, he gets to brush them a final minute (no toothpaste.) The system is working and his teeth are clean! During the day, when he wants to brush them.. He can, but with no toothpaste.
