Long Day? Need a Heating Pad for those sore muscles? #ThermophoreHeatPad

Do you have the aches and pains when cold weather sets in?  Do you always have sore muscles after working out?  Maybe you have a physical job where you are a bit sore at the end of the day? Whatever the case may be, I am sure you wish you had a bit of relief when all is said and done, right? Marc is always hard at work taking care of our family, be it working his daily job or when he does Army training,  not to mention a 5 year old isn't the easiest on the back!    So what is a person to do?

What you do is hope that someone you know reads this post and decides that you really need a Thermophore Heat Pad to help you at the end of the day!  (Feel free to forward this post along if they need a hint!)
We were sent a Thermophore Heat Pad for review and the first thing you notice is the size. This isn't any plain jane heating pad, this bad boy is "nearly twice the size of standard heating pads" and it can cover many different area's.  I had to try it out and was able to put it over my back, allowing for it to go up and down and cover my whole spine.  (I then had to try it out over the shoulders and while I wish it would have been able to drape over more, like a shawl, it isn't a shawl... it is a heating pad.... so it didn't do so, but it was able to cover both shoulders. )
I am a bit torn on the button to turn it on though...
It is a button you press and hold to heat up. I love the feature that when you release it, it automatically shuts off, so you don't have to worry about it staying on to long (or being on if you fall asleep.)  At the same time though, I wasn't completely sold on it... I wanted to relax and not have to press the button down... so I wasn't 110% satisfied there... to be honest though, I see why they do the press button and I love it, so it really isn't a deal breaker!
The other thing I noticed with the Thermophore was the softness of it.  It comes with a cover that is super soft, like a fleece or something, but it is made so that you can remove it and wash if need be!

Here is more about the Thermophore:
MOIST HEAT THERAPY
Our Thermophore Deep Moist Heat products significantly enhances the penetrating power and benefits of heat therapy! There is no need to add additional water to our products as they automatically utilizes atmospheric moisture when the heat application is activated!

Soothing, comforting intense moist heat therapy for pain. It's such a basic idea, well-known and trusted through the ages, that we often forget how fabulous it can feel to just heat up those sore, aching muscles and joints!

If you have someone who uses a heating pad, or that might need a heating pad... Make sure you tell them about the Thermophore Heat Pad!

*** Made in the USA!  Can't beat that!

  2. I love heating pads! I just forget that we have 2. I should get them out during that 1 time of month and use them for my back, and cramps.
